Ritual Roots offers coaching, memberships, courses, downloadable resources, and access to a supportive community aimed at fostering personal growth and mindfulness.

2. Community Guidelines
To maintain a supportive environment, all users must adhere to the following rules:

• Introduce Yourself: Share your name, pronouns, location, and interests in the community chat.
• Engage Respectfully: Participate in discussions about rituals, mindfulness, and personal growth with kindness and empathy.
• Protect Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of shared information unless explicit consent is provided.
• Stay Relevant: Keep discussions focused on the community’s purpose.
• No Promotions: Refrain from promoting external products, services, or businesses.
• Uphold Inclusivity: We welcome BIPOC, LGBTQ+, femme, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals and expect all members to maintain an inclusive attitude.
• Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, trolling, abuse, or sharing explicit, harmful, or inappropriate content is strictly forbidden.
  

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including text, graphics, and design elements on our platform, is owned by Ritual Roots and protected under copyright laws.
• Users may share materials with proper attribution but may not modify, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• By posting user-generated content (UGC), you grant Ritual Roots a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, or display your content within the community.
  

4. User Responsibilities
Users must:

• Secure their account credentials and notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.
• Follow all community guidelines to foster a safe and productive environment.
• Refrain from uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Report any technical issues, violations, or misconduct to the Community Manager at support@ritualroots.org.
  

5. Payment Terms

• Fees for paid services or features are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment information.
• Non-payment or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of services.
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• Ritual Roots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in rituals, coaching, or community interactions. Users assume full responsibility for the application of practices or advice provided.
  

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Colorado. Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

9. Amendments
Ritual Roots reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, with the updated "Effective Date" noted. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
