My own path to self-discovery began after leaving a restrictive religious upbringing—a pivotal experience that shaped my understanding of limiting beliefs and inspired me to help others reclaim their authentic selves. Growing up, I often felt trapped in a cycle of hypervigilance and anxiety, constantly monitoring my thoughts, actions, and appearance to meet impossible standards. The black-and-white worldview I was raised with left little room for self-compassion or nuance, leading to harsh self-criticism whenever I wasn’t “perfect.”

Over time, I realized how deeply these beliefs had fragmented my sense of identity and suppressed my natural gifts, passions, and ability to trust myself. Breaking free wasn’t easy. I had to confront and unlearn deeply ingrained patterns, like:

Hypervigilance: Letting go of constant self-monitoring and learning to feel at peace.

Black-and-white thinking: Embracing life’s complexities and giving myself grace for imperfections.

Identity fragmentation: Reclaiming my true self after years of conforming to an ideal persona.

Trust issues: Building healthy relationships and boundaries without fear of judgment or abandonment.

These challenges inspired me to create a life rooted in self-discovery, healing, and empowerment—not only for myself but for others navigating similar struggles. With a Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine and certifications in Master Transformation Coaching, Shamanic Coaching, Art Therapy, and more, I bring a holistic approach to personal growth. By honoring the mind-body-spirit connection, I guide women to reconnect with their intuition, reclaim their power, and thrive in alignment with their true selves.

Through coaching, workshops, and resources, I share the techniques and rituals that transformed my life, empowering others to overcome the past, embrace their full potential, and live intentionally.
